Sister Touchette was Elise's nursery teacher in Idaho Falls. Elise misses her so much!



We had a little going away party. Kiel had to give Hans a last horsey ride! Hans was laughing up a storm!



Randal and Stef always make things lively! We could not leave without seeing them one more time!



It was great to see Mack and Connie, also.



Girls hug. It was hard not to cry when everyone was leaving. Stef said, "Wait! You are the ones that are leaving us!"



I had to put this picture in because as you will notice, I am not in any of the other pictures. We obviously were discussing some very important topic by the look on my face.

This is an orange that some of Nic's coworkers gave him at this going away party at work. Because Nic can be a little "punny" at times, they thought they would get the last pun in. Not to mention it is an orange...Nic color!



This tends to be a typical "lets give Daddy some love" situation. Elise and Hans won this round for sure!



We stayed in a hotel for two weeks until our stuff arrived from Idaho. It was not TOO bad...there was a pool!Hans loved it!



Elise would not even put her bathing suit on at first. We brought it to the pool "just in case" she wanted to change her mind. She did...



...and had a fun time with Daddy!



We are having so much fun exploring all the playgrounds that are in the area. Elise loves being outdoors running around and playing.



This is one of my favorites of Elise. Isn't she growing up so fast!?!!?



We went down to the river to check it out. Nic and Hans are just a tree away from a drop-off into the water... be careful!



Even though the geese are not much shorter than Elise, she was not afraid to chase them around.



This is a good picture of the river. We are excited to see all the events that will be held here once the weather is a bit warmer.



Hans found a green crayon... can you tell?!? It's a wonder he has grown so much!



We were about to go out for a walk. The wind was blowing so I thought we would wear our hats... I could not pass up this picture.



At yet another park. This one had swings next to eachother that Elise and Hans could both ride. They were in heaven! Both were very mad when I took them out!!



Elise found a new place to play amongst all the boxes and bins. Do you think she may of been hungry?!



Grandpa Holland had a great time with Hans and Elise. Elise showed Grandpa how to do various puzzles.


Santa brought Hans and Elise some sunglasses. Hans shows off his coolness to Grandpa and Grandma Holland.

Boy, we have done quite a bit these past couple months. We were very sad to leave Idaho Falls. We miss our home as well as our family and friends. Know that you are thought of often. You are welcome to visit any time. We have been enjoying our new surroundings and getting to know the people here in Washington. It is a lot bigger here which means a lot to get to know. We will be pros in no time! At least I can find the grocery store and the library.
